El Salado: más allá de la violencia, reconstrucción territorial

El Salado ha sido reconocido a nivel nacional por los hechos violentos ocurridos en sus inmediacion es entre 1997 y el 2000. Sin embargo, a lo largo de este trabajo de grado nos proponemos hacer lecturas más amplias que permitan al lector generar nuevas narrativas sobre este corregimiento de El Carmen de Bolívar y apreciar las estrategias que han desarro llado sus habitantes para reconstruirlo y dotar de nuevos significados los espacios que fueron marcados por la ocupación paramilitar. Es así como el interés primordial estará sobre las estrategias que han desarrollados los saladeros desde el 2002, como hit o fundacional del corregimiento, hasta la actualidad para la reconstrucción del territorio. Este proceso se desarrolló desde la perspectiva del constructivismo estructurali sta planteado por Bourdieu (1988 ) y el uso de diferentes herramientas y técnicas pro pias de la investigación social para acercarse a la comunidad de El Salado y junto a ella generar nuevas narrativas que permitan expandir el conocimiento que se posee hasta el momento A la fecha en El Salado hay 1. 0 00 habitantes, lo que representa una tasa de retorno cercana al 15 %, que consideramos es baja y que está directamente relacionada con la falta de oportunidades laborales y académicas en el municipio y el corregimiento. El Salado además no está exento de la s dinámicas nacionales, por lo que apreciamos un alto grado de movilidad juvenil desde lo rural hacia lo urbano, lo que sin duda está relacionado con la manera de entender, y construir, el territorio desde una perspectiva generacional.Abstract: El Salado has been recognized national ly by the violent events that occurred in its vicinity between 1997 and 2000. However, throughout this master degree work we propose to make broader readings that allow the reader to generate new narratives on this township of El Carmen de Bolívar and appreciate the strategies that have developed its inhabitants to rebuild it and t o provide new meanings with the spaces that were marked by the paramilitary occupation. This is how the primary interest will be on the strategies developed by El Salado since 2002, as the founding milestone of the township, to the present day for the reconstruction of the territory. This proce ss was developed from the perspective of structural constructivism p rop osed by Bourdieu (198 8 ) and the use of different tools and techniques of social research to approach the community of El Salado and to generate next to it, new n arratives that allow to expand the knowledge that is possessed so far. To date there are 1, 000 inhabitants in El Salado , which represents a return rate close to 15 %, which we consider is low and is directly related to the lack of employment and academic opportunities in the municipality and the township. El Salado is also not exempt from national dynamics, so we appreciate a high degree of youthful mobility from rur al to urban, which is undoubtedly related to how to understand, and build, the territory from a generational perspectiveMaestrí
